Job Title: ETL QA Engineer

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Bangalore & Gurgaon

Must-Have Skills

- Robust experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing
- Hands-on expertise in Snowflake & SQL
- Strong knowledge of Functional Testing & Regression Testing
- Experience with Data Validation, Data Reconciliation & Data Quality Testing
- Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data migration
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries and validations
- Knowledge of Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) and ETL workflows
- Exposure to Defect Management & Test Case Design
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC/STLC

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute ETL, functional and regression test cases.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness and consistency across source and target systems.
- Perform backend testing using SQL and Snowflake.
- Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes and track defects to closure.
- Validate ETL/ELT pipelines, transformations and business rules.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers and Business teams to ensure quality releases.
