Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer with at least 2 years of experience in ERP development, customization, testing, and deployment. The candidate should have good knowledge of Python and the Frappe framework, along with hands-on experience in ERPNext and/or Odoo. The role involves developing new features, automating workflows, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system integrations while working closely with technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities ERP Development & Customization

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext and Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Implement new features, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Customize forms, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems.

Testing, Troubleshooting & Support

- Test and validate new features before deployment.
- Identify, debug, and resolve application issues and technical defects.
- Provide technical support during ERP implementation and post-go-live activities.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Documentation & Continuous Learning





- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and user guides.
- Document customizations, configurations, and development activities.
- Stay updated on ERPNext, Frappe, Odoo, Python, and related technologies.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP development or a related software development role.
- Good knowledge of Python programming and the Frappe framework.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext
- Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and REST APIs.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
