Role Description The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies, procedures, and programs across Prasa’s facilities and projects. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, with a combination of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, overseeing occupational health and safety initiatives, performing accident and incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The EHS Manager will coordinate training sessions for employees and contractors, maintain documentation and reporting,



and collaborate with project and operations teams to embed safety and environmental best practices into daily activities. The role also involves driving continuous improvement in safety culture, supporting audits, and recommending corrective and preventive actions to reduce risk and enhance overall EHS performance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Workplace Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety, with the ability to design and implement effective EHS management systems.
- Experience in Occupational Health, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace health initiatives.
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation, root cause analysis, and development of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Capability to deliver engaging Training programs on EHS topics for diverse teams and levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field; relevant EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of applicable national EHS regulations, standards, and industry best practices, preferably within data centers, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to use EHS tools and software.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence safety culture and work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- The job location is Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
