Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) Salescode.ai | Experience: 2-8 years (we hire for capability, not tenure)

We re looking for a sharp outbound professional to open doors at large enterprises for a complex, niche AI product. You ll own the top of the funnel, from finding the right accounts to running the first discovery conversation with CEOs and CIOs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research high-fit enterprise accounts and key decision-makers to build a targeted pipeline.
- Design and run highly personalised, multi-touch outbound campaigns across cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn.
- Lead first-level discovery calls with CXOs to uncover business challenges, qualify fit, and set up strong handoffs to the sales team.
- Translate a complex product into a explicit, compelling business story for senior leadership.
- Track campaign performance, keep the CRM clean, and continuously refine messaging based on what works.





Who Will Excel Here

- Proven outbound experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS, with a track record of booking meetings with C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and articulation, both spoken and written.
- Quick thinking on live calls, comfortable handling objections and steering conversations on the spot.
- Understanding of long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Curious, self-driven, and fast at learning a technical product.
