Role Description The English Trainer role is a part-time remote position focused on delivering high-quality training in English communication and exam preparation (such as IELTS, PTE, and OET). The trainer will plan and conduct interactive online classes, design lesson plans and exercises, and provide personalized feedback to help learners improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Daily tasks include assessing learner progress, adapting teaching methods to different proficiency levels,



and using digital tools to deliver engaging sessions.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of learner performance, collaborating with the academic team on curriculum updates, and supporting learners with guidance on study strategies and confidence-building.

Qualifications

- Strong English language proficiency with the ability to train learners in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Experience in teaching or coaching for English proficiency exams (IELTS, PTE, OET) or similar standardized tests.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, learning materials, and practice activities for online delivery.
- Comfort with virtual teaching platforms, digital content, and basic computer skills for remote instruction.
- Effective classroom and time management skills, with the ability to handle diverse learner levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
- Relevant academic background in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field; skilled teaching certifications (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in language institutes, corporate training, or study abroad counseling is beneficial.
