Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer L3 to join our project team and contribute to building next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions while integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation capabilities into our products. You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to drive technical innovation, enhance product capabilities, improve engineering productivity, and deliver reliable, highquality solutions.

Responsibilities

- AI Engineering Integration: Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.

- Intelligent Automation: Develop AI-driven workflows, agents, and automation solutions to enhance product capabilities, streamline business processes, and improve engineering productivity.

- AI Quality Validation: Design and implement automated validation frameworks to evaluate AI-generated outputs, response accuracy, reliability, and consistency while ensuring overall software quality.

- Technical Ownership Problem Solving: Contribute to architecture and design decisions, lead technical initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvements across development and production environments.





- Collaboration Mentorship: Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in AI and software engineering.

Requirements

- 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or platform engineering.

- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining enterprise software applications.

- Practical experience with Generative AI technologies, LLM integration, RAG architectures, or intelligent automation solutions.

- 2+ years of practical experience with Agile development methodologies

- Proficiency required in all of the following: .Net and C#, SQL, JavaScript Web Frameworks (e.g. Angular/React), ASP.NET MVC.

- Familiarity with the Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and the use of Azure DevOps or Jira

- Experience developing scalable enterprise applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, with strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience developing AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents, and automation solutions using contemporary AI frameworks and tools.

- Experience in API testing, integration testing, AI-driven test generation, and automated validation of AI-enabled applications.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, containerized applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
