Role Description The Engineer Intern role at Techno Air Systems is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi. The intern will support senior consultants and engineers in data collection, analysis, and documentation related to client projects in areas such as operations, equipment management, and facility planning. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing technical reports and process maps, assisting in workflows and layout designs, contributing to quality and performance improvement studies,



and supporting implementation of methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean Management under supervision.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in client meetings when required, and help maintain project records and presentations. This role offers practical exposure to consulting assignments and engineering applications in real-world business environments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational technical skills in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related fields.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, basic statistical understanding, and process analysis.
- Candidates should possess knowledge or interest in quality and performance improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, TQM, or TPM.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and the ability to create explicit technical documentation.
- Relevant skills such as effective communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail would be beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field would be beneficial.
