Job Title: Engineer - Civil

Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering projects, preferably with experience in infrastructure, residential or commercial construction, and project management.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or a closely related field) from a recognized institution.

Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

- Design, plan, and oversee construction projects such as buildings, bridges, roads, or water supply systems while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and blueprints using CAD software and other engineering tools.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other civil engineers to coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and troubleshoot issues that arise during execution.

- Assess site conditions and conduct feasibility studies to determine the best solutions for infrastructure development.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project adherence to design standards and compliance with legal and environmental requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in project execution,



preferably in construction and infrastructure development.

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and standards, including site development, surveying, and structural design.

- Experience with CAD software and/or other engineering design tools.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate project risks, manage resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams, coordinate with clients, and liaise with stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced workplace.

Nice to Have (Skills)

- Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) is a plus.

- Working knowledge of construction management software and tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

- Familiarity with environmental impact assessment procedures and sustainable engineering practices.

- Experience working on public infrastructure projects or government contracts.

- Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams or junior engineers.
