Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal design teams to produce high-quality branding assets.
- Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
- Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
- Build and engage active talent communities for future hiring needs.
- Manage the company's employer brand presence across social media and review sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) for brand building.
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
- 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
