Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal design teams to produce high-quality branding assets.
- Build and engage active talent communities for future hiring needs.
- Create engaging content highlighting company culture and employee testimonials.
- Analyze campaign metrics to optimize candidate attraction strategies.
- Manage the company's employer brand presence across social media and review sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed setting.
- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) for brand building.
- Ability to analyze recruitment marketing KPIs and optimize spend.
- High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
