Email Marketing Operations Specialist | Bangalore

We are seeking experienced campaign operations professionals to support the end-to-end execution of approximately 800 email campaigns annually, spanning promotional emails, factsheets, events and insights, reports, and client updates.

This is an execution-focused role responsible for the full campaign lifecycle: intake, build, audience configuration, QA, deployment, monitoring and reporting. The role works across StoneShot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Monday.com.

- Shift: Flexible for US shifts; candidates must be comfortable working up to 02:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

- Build emails using approved StoneShot templates, dynamic components, images, links and tracking
- Configure audience segments, CRM-driven fields, preferences, disclaimers and approved personalization rules
- Conduct previews, rendering and mobile checks, link and CTA validation, tracking checks and subject-line A/B tests
- Schedule and coordinate controlled campaign launches, and manage pre-launch and deployment exceptions
- Monitor delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribes
- Prepare campaign, SLA, volume,



audit and benchmarking reports
- Manage campaign intake and hand-offs across Monday.com, Dynamics 365 and StoneShot in line with defined controls

Mandatory Experience

- Hands-on, end-to-end campaign execution in an enterprise ESP or marketing automation platform
- Working knowledge of campaign build, HTML and email-template concepts, dynamic content, segmentation, personalization, QA, scheduling and deployment
- Experience with email rendering, mobile preview, hyperlink and CTA validation, A/B testing, monitoring and performance reporting
- Experience working with CRM and audience data, and managing multiple campaigns within structured workflows
- Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, stakeholder coordination and deadline management

Preferred Platforms StoneShot (highly desirable) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Monday.com. Experience with comparable platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, Braze or Acoustic Campaign is also considered.
