We are looking for an experienced ELV AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation for ELV systems projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of ELV systems standards and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings for ELV systems including:
CCTV Systems
Access Control Systems
Structured Cabling
Public Address Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
AV Systems
Parking Management Systems
Prepare
Shop drawings
As-built drawings
Schematic diagrams
Single line diagrams
Layout drawings
Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for drawing updates.
Ensure drawings comply with client requirements and local authority standards.
Maintain proper drawing revisions and document control.
Prepare BOQ drawings and material submission drawings when required.
Coordinate with other disciplines such as MEP and Civil teams.
Support project documentation and submission requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Drafting / AutoCAD.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ELV drafting.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
MS Office
Basic knowledge of Revit is an advantage
Good understanding of ELV systems and standards.
Ability to read technical specifications and project drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Qatar/GCC projects.
Knowledge of MOI-SSD standards is an advantage.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
