Role Description The Electronic Engineer will work full time in a hybrid capacity, primarily based in the Pune District, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining electronic circuits and systems for EDM machines and related control panels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include circuit design and simulation, component selection, troubleshooting and resolving electronic issues, and collaborating with mechanical and production teams to integrate electronic systems into machinery. The engineer will perform testing and validation of electronic assemblies, prepare documentation for designs and test results,



and support continuous improvement and quality initiatives. The role also includes providing technical support during installation and after-sales service when required.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electronics, with practical experience in industrial or machinery applications.
- Proficiency in Circuit Design, including schematic creation, PCB design, and use of relevant design and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles, particularly related to power distribution, safety, and integration with electronic systems.
- Experience in Testing, troubleshooting, and validating electronic circuits and control systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to read technical drawings, follow industry standards, and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with EDM machines or industrial automation systems is an advantage.
