Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Electrical with 1–3 years of experience in electrical site execution, measurement, billing, and client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical site activities, maintaining measurement records, preparing bills, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that project work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Site Execution

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical installation and execution activities at project sites.
- Ensure electrical work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor cable laying, conduit installation, wiring, electrical panels, lighting, earthing, and other electrical works.
- Coordinate with electricians, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Inspect completed work and resolve site-related technical issues.

2. Measurement and Billing

- Take and verify measurements of completed electrical work at project sites.
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets, including quantities of materials and executed work.
- Prepare running account (RA) bills, contractor bills, and client bills as required.
- Verify bills against actual site measurements, approved BOQs, drawings, and work orders.
- Maintain records of work completed, material consumption, and billing progress.
- Coordinate with the accounts and project teams for bill verification and payment follow-ups.

3. Client Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers regarding daily site activities.




- Attend site meetings and discuss work progress, technical requirements, and pending activities.
- Understand client requirements and ensure execution aligns with agreed project specifications.
- Communicate project updates, site issues, and material requirements to the concerned team.
- Assist in resolving client queries related to measurements, billing, and work completion.

4. Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain accurate project records.
- Maintain measurement books, billing documents, BOQs, work orders, and site inspection reports.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely availability at the site.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality procedures.
- Track project progress and support timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical site execution, measurement, billing, and client coordination.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, measurement sheets, and RA billing.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with cable laying, wiring, electrical panels, lighting, and earthing systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in electrical contracting, construction, MEP projects, or commercial and industrial electrical projects will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of site measurements, billing procedures, and electrical execution activities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple site activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as per business requirements.
