Role & responsibilities :

- Supervise electrical site execution, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) activities.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly work schedules and progress reports.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per project specifications.

- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, electricians and site workers.

- Review electrical drawings, identify site issues and coordinate for technical resolution.

- Plan daily site activities and ensure timely availability of materials, tools and equipment.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and other project teams.

- Supervise installation of HT/LT cables, cable trays, electrical panels, transformers, DG systems, lighting and earthing.

- Prepare measurement sheets, maintain site records and verify contractor bills.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, electrical safety procedures and EHS requirements.

- Conduct site inspections, resolve punch points and maintain project documentation.

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, final inspections and project handover.
