- Floor Audits &
- Inspections:

Conduct regular, daily walk-throughs of the retail floor to verify product quality, freshness (expirations/FIFO), pricing accuracy, and correct labeling.

- Merchandising &

- Presentation Standards:

Ensure display shelves, racks, and endcaps adhere to company visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and stocking protocols.

- Sanitation &

- Safety Compliance:

Enforce strict hygiene, health, and safety regulations across the sales floor, storage bays, and fresh departments (e.g., bakery, produce, deli).

- Vendor &

- Stock Receiving Checks:

Inspect incoming inventory batches for defects, damaged packaging, or non-compliance before items reach the floor.

- Process Improvement &

- Training:

Train store staff on proper product handling, rotation, damage reduction, and quality compliance procedures.

- Reporting &

- Escalation:

Log daily audit reports, track quality metrics, and collaborate with Store Management to resolve recurring non-compliance issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
