Role & responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the Engineering & Maintenance department.

Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all production and utility equipment.
- Plan and execute Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, substations, DG sets, compressors, chillers, boilers, HVAC, WTP, ETP, and STP.
- Ensure uninterrupted power, water, and utility supply to the plant.
- Manage spare parts inventory and engineering stores.
- Lead energy conservation and cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor engineering budgets, CAPEX, and maintenance expenses.
- Execute plant expansion, automation, and improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and process control systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, GMP,



HACCP, ISO 22000, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and 5S implementation.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Prepare engineering MIS reports, utility consumption reports, and KPI reports.
- Support production teams in achieving operational targets.
- Develop and train engineering team members.
- Drive TPM, OEE improvement, and reliability initiatives.
