Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing suitable courses based on their career goals, interests, and professional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and career benefits.
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by providing appropriate guidance.
- Maintain student records, inquiry databases, and follow-up reports.




- Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in education counselling, sales, or EdTech will be an advantage.
