Experience: 2–4 years

We are expanding our e-commerce operations team and are looking for two experienced, hands-on professionals.

Position 1: Amazon Operations Executive

Responsibilities include

- Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central operations
- Listing management, ASIN updates and catalogue corrections
- PO processing, FBA shipments and inventory monitoring
- Resolving operational issues, claims and returns
- Daily MIS reporting and coordination with warehouse teams

Position 2: Quick Commerce Operations Executive

Responsibilities include

- Managing day-to-day operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and BigBasket
- PO processing, inventory monitoring and replenishment
- Catalogue management and platform coordination
- Shipment,



fill-rate and stock-out monitoring
- Sales reporting, claims and operational follow-up

Requirements

- Relevant hands-on marketplace experience
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in Home & Kitchen, Cleaning or FMCG products preferred

Location: Candidates living close to Neb Sarai, New Delhi 110068 will be preferred Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills.
