Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for managing marketplace performance, optimizing digital campaigns, and driving sales growth across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads .
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversions, and revenue .
- Conduct keyword research, bidding optimization, and campaign structuring for marketplace advertising.
- Manage product listings, catalog optimization,



and promotional campaigns to improve visibility and sales.
- Analyze marketplace performance data and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, analytics, and client servicing teams.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns.
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads or other marketplace advertising platforms.
- Positive understanding of E-commerce marketing, digital advertising, and performance marketing .
- Experience with data analysis, campaign optimization, and reporting .
- Familiarity with Excel, analytics tools, and digital marketing dashboards .
- Strong communication and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing / Media Agency .
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO, product catalog management, and promotional strategies .
- Experience managing multiple e-commerce accounts or brands .
