Oracle EBS Receivables & Cash Management Functional Consultant (10+ Years)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving Oracle EBS transformation initiatives across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and implementation for Oracle EBS AR and Cash Management modules.

- Bank Interfaces
- Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation
- Accounting Rules and Revenue Recognition
- Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process design and optimization.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications, BR100, MD50, FRD, FDD, test scripts, and training materials.
- Work closely with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE/CEMLI).
- Support integration of AR and CM with:

- General Ledger (GL)





- Order Management (OM)

- Inventory (INV)

- Treasury and Banking systems
- Third-party applications
- Manage CRP, SIT, UAT, Production Deployment, and Hypercare activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production incidents and business issues.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Collaborate with global business users, finance stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Lead workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate offshore/onshore delivery teams.
