Job Summary:

Active Edu Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented E-Learning Content & Multimedia Developer to create engaging digital learning content, educational presentations, instructional videos, and multimedia learning resources.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming subject matter and approved learning materials into clear, visually appealing, and learner-friendly digital courses. The role combines content writing, presentation design, basic instructional design, video editing, multimedia development, and AI-enabled creative production.

Freshers with a strong interest in e-learning, multimedia, digital content creation, and emerging AI tools are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities1. E-Learning Content Development

- Develop educational content, online lessons, course materials, and digital learning resources.
- Research and simplify complex topics into learner-friendly content.
- Prepare lesson outlines, learning objectives, quizzes, and assessments.
- Convert source documents and subject matter into structured learning modules.
- Proofread content for grammar, accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

2. Presentation and Visual Content Design

- Create engaging educational presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
- Develop diagrams, infographics, illustrations, and other visual learning materials.
- Maintain consistent layouts, fonts, colours, and visual styles.
- Organise information into clear, attractive, and easy-to-understand slides.

3. Video and Multimedia Production

- Convert scripts, presentations, and storyboards into instructional videos.
- Perform basic video editing, trimming, transitions, and audio synchronisation.
- Create screen recordings, tutorials, course introductions, and lesson videos.
- Add subtitles, captions, visual callouts, and voice-overs.
- Develop basic animations, motion graphics, thumbnails, and intro/outro assets.
- Ensure suitable audio and video quality for online learning platforms.

4. AI-Enabled Content Creation

- Use AI tools to assist with content drafting, summarisation, and proofreading.
- Explore AI-powered tools for video editing, image generation, voice-overs, subtitles, and presentation design.
- Write effective prompts to support creative and content-production tasks.




- Verify AI-generated information and review visuals and audio before publication.
- Identify opportunities to improve production speed and quality through responsible AI use.

5. E-Learning Tools and LMS Support
- Develop basic interactive learning materials and quizzes.
- Learn and work with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360.
- Prepare and organise digital course assets for LMS deployment.
- Follow file naming, version control, and quality-checking standards.
- Collaborate with the LMS administrator to ensure content is ready for publication.

6. Collaboration and Quality Assurance
- Work with instructional designers, content developers, trainers, and subject matter experts.
- Follow project briefs, timelines, and feedback from the academic team.
- Review completed content, presentations, and videos before submission.
- Make revisions based on feedback and maintain consistency across courses.

- Interest in screen recording, audio editing, captions, and animation.

AI and Digital Skills

- Familiarity with AI tools for writing, design, images, audio, or video.
- Willingness to learn new creative technologies and production workflows.
- Ability to review AI-generated output for accuracy and quality.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Applications, Education, English, or a related field.
- A PG Diploma in E-Learning,



Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline is an added advantage.

Experience:

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may apply.
- Academic projects, internships, personal portfolios, and freelance work in content creation, graphic design, video editing, or e-learning will be considered.
- Professional experience with all listed tools is not mandatory; a willingness to learn and demonstrate practical ability is significant.

Preferred Tools:

- Content and presentations: Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace.
- Video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Graphic design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- E-learning authoring: Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360.
- AI tools: AI writing assistants, image-generation tools, video-editing assistants, AI voice-over, and captioning tools.

Candidates do not need expertise in every tool but should demonstrate practical familiarity with relevant applications or a strong ability to learn them.
