Brief description of the job

Manage online Order processing, and support digital marketing to improve website visibility and sales.

Job Responsibilities

E-Commerce Processing:

- Process online orders and coordinate dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain order, inventory, return, and cancellation records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to resolve issues.
- Manage product listings, prices, images, and stock on the website and online portals.

Digital Marketing:

- Manage the company website and support on-page and off-page SEO.
- Write blog and website content and create backlinks for SEO.
- Create social media posts and respond to customer comments and queries.





Key Knowledge & Skills Required · Willingness to learn and a professional attitude.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.

· Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, online analytics, CRM tools, or Google Ads is an advantage.

· Interest in marketing, e-commerce, and online platforms.

Duration of Training: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Preferred Skills

· Basic experience with E-Commerce, Amazon, or Flipkart.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, or Canva.

Working Conditions

Full-time role based in Gurgaon, involving computer-based e-commerce and digital marketing work.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
