What you'll do

- Run our Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts day to day.

- Create, write and fix listings: titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords and images.
- Set and update prices, offers, coupons and deals.
- Plan shipments: decide what goes to which FBA and Flipkart warehouse, and how much, based on sales and stock.
- Manage fulfillment: create FBA and Flipkart inbound shipments, book pickups, track them until they're received, and fix any shortfall.
- Run our own-warehouse orders: dispatch on time, courier tie-ups, returns and claims.
- Track stock across every warehouse and reorder before anything runs out.
- Win and hold the buy box. Fix suppressed, blocked and inactive listings.
- Keep account health clean: ratings, policy warnings, late shipments and cancellations.
- Handle customer messages and reviews.




- Raise seller support cases and follow up until they're closed.
- Work with the warehouse, packing and accounts teams.
- Restock,shipments and returns.

What we look for

- Must: hands-on experience running Amazon Seller Central (including FBA) and the Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Must: [1-3] years in e-commerce operations in India.
- Experience planning FBA inbound shipments and managing fulfillment.
- Sponsored Products ads experience, and you know ACOS and ROAS.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets.
- Plus: Unicommerce or another order management tool.
- Plus: Meesho experience.
- Explicit Hindi and English.
