We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, inventory, and daily orders for our textile and garment business across online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Upload product images, descriptions, titles, and pricing.
- Update inventory and monitor stock availability.
- Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch.
- Handle returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Maintain sales and inventory records using MS Excel.
Requirements
- Freshers may apply; 1–3 years of e-commerce experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and seller panels.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Textile or garment industry experience is an advantage.
