JOB DESCRIPTIONE-Commerce Expert – Marketplace Manager

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Expert to manage and scale our business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Quick Commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, account health and seller performance.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets across all platforms.
- Manage product listings, catalogue optimization, SEO, keywords and A Content.
- Plan, execute and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns, including Amazon PPC.
- Monitor pricing, competitor activity, promotions and marketplace trends.
- Manage inventory planning, stock availability and coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
- Track sales, profitability, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates and other key metrics.
- Resolve listing issues, account health concerns, returns, settlements and seller support cases.
- Coordinate new product launches, promotional campaigns and marketplace onboarding.
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing / E-Commerce is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of hands-on marketplace management experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart and Meesho.
- Experience with quick-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, marketplace analytics and advertising.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and execution skills.
- Experience with D2C, FMCG, Auto Care or Home Care brands is preferred.

Key Expectations The candidate must be sales-driven, data-oriented and ownership-focused, with the ability to improve marketplace revenue, advertising efficiency, profitability and operational performance.
