Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, dealer coordination, product listings, and e-commerce reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, product catalog management, inventory updates, and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer & Partner Coordination

- Coordinate with dealers across India regarding e-commerce operations.
- Align product availability, pricing updates, and listing requirements with dealers.
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve dealer queries and operational issues promptly.

2. E-commerce & Marketplace Management

- Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon and company-owned digital platforms.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information.
- Coordinate product launches, listing updates, and corrections with internal teams.
- Monitor listing health, marketplace compliance, and operational issues.
- Support catalog management and inventory updates across relevant platforms.

3. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain accurate databases related to dealers, products, inventory, and sales.
- Prepare regular operational and management reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Track product availability, pricing, inventory, and sales-related data.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend process improvements.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations,



Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and marketplace partners to resolve operational requirements.
- Maintain documentation and support audit readiness.
- Contribute to improving e-commerce processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and inventory updates.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.

Experience Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, catalog management, or dealer coordination.
- Experience with Amazon marketplace operations is mandatory.
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Experience managing dealer networks or partner ecosystems will be an added advantage.

- Accuracy and timely updates of product listings.
- Efficient dealer coordination and issue resolution.
- Timely execution of product launches and marketplace updates.
- Accurate inventory and pricing information.
- Reliable reporting and improved operational efficiency.
