- Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.
- DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker, and Azure

Advanced Support Skills

- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and robust communication skills to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Network & API Diagnostics: Analysing packet captures, evaluating TLS handshakes, or inspecting RESTful API payload issues

directly from system endpoints
- Thread Contention & Memory Profiling: Resolving asynchronous application deadlocks, memory leaks, and CPU spikes in the

runtime environment
- Middleware & Serialization Failures: Debugging silent errors caused by data type mismatches, payload serialization bugs, or breaking API changes between distributed systems
- Query Performance Tuning: Diagnosing slow-running transactions, query execution plan anomalies, and index fragmentation under heavy load conditions
