Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular/React, and Microservices.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards and design patterns.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system scalability.

- Build and enhance AI-powered solutions using Copilot, Claude, and LLM-based technologies.

- Implement and support RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and context-aware AI workflows.

- Develop agent integrations, tool bindings, and AI-driven automation capabilities.

- Troubleshoot application, AI workflow, and agent execution issues to ensure reliable system performance.

- Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and UI automation tests using Playwright.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and cloud deployment activities.

- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical solutioning sessions.

- Perform peer code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.





- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and modern software engineering practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-9 years of experience in C#/.NET Core and Angular/React

- Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise-scale applications

- Robust database expertise in SQL Server/Azure SQL, with exposure to Cosmos DB being a plus

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or RAG-based solutions

- Exposure to AI Agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations

- Playwright automation experience

- Ability to mentor junior engineers and own feature delivery end-to-end
