Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Doorman role. The Doorman is responsible for greeting guests warmly, opening and closing doors, and assisting with luggage and directions at the hotel entrance. The role includes coordinating with reception and security teams, guiding guests to appropriate areas, and ensuring a smooth flow of arrivals and departures.

Daily tasks involve monitoring the entrance area, maintaining a clean and organized front drive, and supporting guest safety and comfort.



The Doorman also helps manage vehicle drop-offs, responds courteously to guest inquiries, and represents the hotel’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and courteously with guests and team members.
- Experience with Security and basic Receptionist Duties to support safe, organized entry and guest coordination.
- Ability to manage Doors and entrance operations, including assisting with luggage and guiding guests.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a courteous demeanor suitable for a guest-facing role.
- Basic proficiency in English and local languages; prior hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and handle peak guest traffic calmly.
