Role Description This full time, on-site Documentation – Freight Forwarding and CHA role is based in Mumbai. The position involves preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with customers, carriers, and customs authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role includes tracking shipments, updating internal systems, and maintaining accurate records for freight forwarding and customs clearance activities.

The team member will communicate with clients to address documentation queries, support smooth cargo movement,



and collaborate with internal departments to meet service timelines. Attention to detail, timely follow-up, and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Forwarding and Forwarding to manage end-to-end shipment documentation and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Export and Freight Transportation to handle export processes, shipping arrangements, and cargo movement.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to client inquiries, resolve documentation issues, and maintain professional relationships.
- Working knowledge of customs clearance procedures, CHA operations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in standard office software.
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or CHA documentation is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
