## About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused BAMS/BDS Doctor to join our team as a Doctor – International Patient Coordination. The candidate will be responsible for understanding international patients’ medical needs, coordinating with hospitals and doctors, and facilitating a smooth healthcare journey for patients .

## Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with international patients to understand their medical concerns and treatment requirements.
- Review medical reports and patient records to facilitate coordination with relevant doctors and hospitals.
- Coordinate medical consultations, appointments, treatment plans, and hospital admissions.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and hospital teams to ensure timely communication and coordination.
- Explain treatment procedures, hospital facilities, and medical processes to patients in clear and simple language.
- Assist patients throughout their treatment journey, from the initial enquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding treatment estimates, hospital arrangements, and patient requirements.




- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of medical information.
- Build trust with international patients through professional communication and patient-focused support.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide updates to patients regarding their treatment coordination.

## Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: BAMS or BDS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
- Robust interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients from different cultural backgrounds.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of any European language, such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian, will be an added advantage.
- Experience in international patient coordination, medical tourism, hospital operations, or patient care will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple patient enquiries and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.

Work Location

KINFRA Hi-Tech Park, Kochi, Kerala Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
