Role Description The DM Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves supporting daily digital communication activities, such as managing direct messages, responding to queries, and maintaining engagement across social media and other online platforms.

The DM Intern will assist in tracking interactions, escalating issues when needed, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses. Additional responsibilities may include basic data entry, maintaining records of outreach, and contributing ideas to improve customer and partner communication processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach to messaging.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with social media platforms,



messaging tools, and office productivity software.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple conversations and tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and the ability to document interactions accurately and follow standard workflows.
- Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or current enrollment in such a program) is preferred; prior internship or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
