Key Responsibilities

Hiring, confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll Administration manage a large number of Third Party staffs through multiple 3P Vendor.

statutory laws and regulations ,liaison with the government authorities effectively ensure all statutory compliance requirements are adhered on time.

Effectively train and develop employees and implement employee engagement programs across stores.





leadership skill to manage the team of 5 to 7 direct repartees and 12+ indirect reportees proactive in identifying the gaps, Liaoning with corporate as well as the circle operation team in ensuring timely execution of various HR policies and programs

Manage HR operations for approximately 12–15 stores, including circle office operations.

Maintain timely and accurate HR records and reports.

Candidate Profile

Should have handled minimum team of 5+ staff reporting to him directly

Knowledge of liaising effectively with the government authorities and ensuring all statutory compliance

Hands-on experience with payroll administration, various HR policies and programs. Willing to Travel for more than 10 days in a month

Must be proactive in identifying gaps and liaising with corporate
