RTS manages a large fleet of vehicles, including coaches, tempo travellers, sedans, SUVs, and luxury cars, for private transfers and curated tours focused on culture, heritage, wellness, adventure, cuisine, art, and entertainment. The team provides 24/7 customer support, language guides, and dedicated consultants to ensure seamless travel experiences in India and curated holiday packages across several Asian destinations. Operating as a B2B DMC, RTS serves private tours, group tours, and agency tours grounded in a philosophy of shared happiness.

Role Description The DMC Sales & Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves managing incoming B2B inquiries, creating and pricing itineraries, preparing proposals, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and local partners to secure services, monitor reservations, and ensure tour operations run smoothly. The role requires regular communication with travel agents and partners, addressing queries, handling changes,



and providing pre- and post-travel support. The team member will also maintain accurate records, support training of new staff on processes and products, and contribute to sales targets, market feedback, and continuous improvement of RTS offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with B2B partners and travelers.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate business, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard and guide team members on processes, systems, and product knowledge.
- Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or destination management, preferably in B2B operations or DMC environments.
- Good knowledge of Indian and Rajasthan tourism products, routes, and destinations; international destination awareness is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/CRM tools; ability to manage data, quotations, and reports accurately.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive work approach.
- Graduate degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
