Role & responsibilities
1. Allocation of work to field staff & monitoring First attempt time and NPC restoration time .
2. Ensure adherence to setting management system procedures, guidelines, dos, and don'ts, OCPs .
3. Communication with consumer & internal departments as and when require.
4. Conduct toolbox talk and monitor adherence to safe practice/ IMS and OH&S; policy.
5. Contribute to achieve departmental objectives.
6. Preparing required network changes in GIS
