We are looking for a responsible and organised Dispatcher / Logistics Executive to manage daily dispatch operations at our Bajra godown. The candidate will coordinate goods loading, deliveries, transport arrangements, and dispatch records to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse staff.
- Arrange vehicles for loading and transportation of goods.
- Check goods, quantities, and dispatch details before shipment.
- Maintain dispatch registers, delivery challans, and transport records.
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding dispatches.
- Ensure goods are dispatched correctly and on time.

Requirements

- Experience in dispatch, logistics, transport,



or warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Excel and dispatch documentation will be an advantage.

Work Location Bajra Godown, Ludhiana, Punjab.
