Job Summary The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all dispatch activities to ensure finished goods are packed, documented, and delivered to customers safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure correct material, quantity, packing, and labelling before dispatch.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Accounts, customers, and transporters
- Handle dispatch issues, transit damages, shortages, and documentation discrepancies.
- Supervise packing and dispatch staff.
- Maintain packing material stock and 5S in the dispatch area.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Any Degree.
- 1-2 years of dispatch/logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
