1. Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily dispatch operations, EXIM documentation, shipment coordination, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in dispatch management, export-import documentation, and coordination with transporters, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain EXIM-related documents and shipping paperwork.
- Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders for customs clearance and shipment processing, as applicable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and other dispatch documents.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve dispatch delays and logistics-related issues.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment details, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable shipping documentation requirements.
- Provide regular updates on shipment status and delivery schedules to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Any degree or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, shipping, or export-import operations.
- Practical knowledge of EXIM documentation and shipment clearance procedures.
- Good coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage dispatch activities independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong documentation, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of Tamil, Hindi, or Telugu is an added advantage.

1. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in logistics, manufacturing, shipping, travel-related operations, or export-import coordination will be preferred.
- Candidates should be capable of handling multiple dispatch activities and meeting shipment deadlines.
- Candidates residing in or around Kolathur, Chennai, are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

1. Salary and Benefits

- Salary up to ₹4.2 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
- Maximum monthly salary: ₹35,000.
- Full-time employment.
