About Us

Niros Exports & Trading Pvt. Ltd., part of the Niros Group, is a Bhilai-based rice export company shipping non-basmati rice to international markets. We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to handle export dispatch, container movement and shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute dispatch of rice from mills / warehouses to port as per shipment schedule
- Coordinate container booking, stuffing, loading supervision and sealing at mill / ICD / CFS
- Arrange trucks / trailers and coordinate with transporters, CHA, shipping lines and freight forwarders
- Verify quality, grade, bag count, packing and marking as per buyer’s PO before dispatch
- Prepare and check export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, e-way bill, Bill of Lading draft, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, weight & quality certificates




- Coordinate with surveyors / inspection agencies (SGS, etc.) for sampling and stuffing inspection
- Track containers from dispatch to port gate-in and vessel loading
- Maintain dispatch register
- Verify transporter, CHA and freight bills before sending to accounts

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in rice export dispatch / logistics / documentation
- Good knowledge of rice types and grades: Non-Basmati (IR-64, Swarna, Sona Masoori, parboiled, raw, steam), broken rice, and their packing specifications
- Working knowledge of export documentation and APEDA / DGFT / customs procedures
- Experience with container stuffing and port coordination (Vizag, Kakinada, Kolkata, etc.)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets; Tally knowledge is a plus
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Ready to visit mills, warehouses and stuffing points as needed
- Candidates from Bhilai, Durg and Raipur preferred

Qualification: Graduate (any stream). Diploma in Export-Import / Logistics is a plus. Benefits: Salary as per experience, growth opportunity in an established export group
