About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate dispatch documentation and MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and documentation before dispatch.
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery status.
- Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records, and shipment details.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling, and loading of goods.
- Handle dispatch-related issues,



delays, and discrepancies.
- Maintain records of returns, damaged goods, and delivery confirmations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.

Computer & MIS Knowledge
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to prepare dispatch MIS, daily shipment reports, and delivery trackers.
- Knowledge of data entry, documentation, and record management.
- Basic understanding of ERP, inventory, or warehouse management software.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet delivery timelines.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, textile, or warehouse operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
