ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :

Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology or a relevant allied field (other criteria as per AICTE latest norms)

DESIRABLE SKILLS :

- A strong academic and administrative background in a recognised higher education institution.
- Experience in academic leadership, institutional administration, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated understanding of NAAC accreditation and NBA accreditation requirements, where applicable.
- Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience as Director, Principal, Dean, Professor, Head of Institution or in an equivalent senior academic leadership position.
- Familiarity with AICTE, AKTU, UGC and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in institutional development, admissions, faculty recruitment, placements,



industry collaboration and strategic planning.
- Solid leadership, communication, documentation, analytical and team-management skills.
- Experience in promoting Research & Development (R&D;), research projects, publications, consultancy, innovation, patents and collaborations with industries and research institutions.
