We are actively seeking a creative Director of Total Rewards to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.
- Partner with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit plan offerings.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll cycles.
- Audit compensation data to ensure internal equity and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and global benefits administration.
- 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Deep expertise in compensation modeling and salary benchmarking.
- High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
