About the Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on product leader to drive the development and expansion of digital products for a growing fintech business. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex customer and business problems, combining technology with commercial thinking, and taking responsibility for product outcomes from early-stage discovery through scale.

The person will play a key role in advancing AI-enabled product capabilities while improving the experience of both business partners and end customers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead product planning and delivery across key platform initiatives, ensuring product decisions address genuine customer needs and business opportunities.
- Explore practical applications of machine learning, generative AI and AI agents to improve personalisation, automation, decision-making and overall product effectiveness.
- Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities through user research, data analysis, competitive assessment and feedback from business partners.
- Convert product opportunities into clear requirements, prioritised roadmaps and actionable plans for engineering and design teams.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing and Business teams to deliver products efficiently and manage competing priorities.
- Own product performance through defined metrics, regularly assessing adoption, engagement, conversion, revenue and operational effectiveness as relevant to the product.
- Make informed trade-offs between customer experience, technical feasibility, delivery timelines and commercial objectives.




- Use customer insights and product analytics to identify friction points and continuously improve product performance.
- Contribute to the development of product management talent through collaboration, mentoring and strong product practices.
- Present product plans, progress and performance insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and expected outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of overall experience, including substantial experience in product management and ownership of technology products.
- Experience building and growing digital products in fintech, payments, consumer technology, B2B or B2C platforms or other transaction-oriented businesses.
- Evidence of taking products from problem identification and validation through launch, adoption and subsequent optimisation.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-powered features or products, with an understanding of how data, models and product workflows work together.
- Ability to assess the suitability of AI for a business problem and understand the practical considerations involved in deployment, quality measurement and ongoing monitoring.
- Familiarity with generative AI, LLM applications, AI agents and prompt/context design is desirable; the ability to build and test prototypes is a strong advantage.
- Solid analytical skills, with experience using product metrics and customer insights to prioritise initiatives and evaluate results.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understand technical dependencies and communicate product requirements clearly.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the flexibility to work through ambiguity and engage directly in execution when necessary.
