About the Role

- We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented Business Operations & Strategic Finance Associate to work closely with senior leadership at a sophisticated wealth management and private-markets-focused business.
- This is not a traditional operations or project management role. The ideal candidate will act as a right hand to senior leadership—taking ambiguous ideas and turning them into structured analysis, actionable plans, operating processes, and completed outcomes.
- You should be comfortable moving between financial analysis, business operations, strategic projects, workflow design, stakeholder coordination, and executive-level communication.
