Role Description The Director - Hotel Operations & Pre-Opening is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the operational performance and successful launch of new Mosaic Hotels properties. This role manages day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring consistent service standards and a high level of guest satisfaction. The Director coordinates all pre-opening activities such as project timelines, staffing plans, policy and procedure development, vendor selection, and operational readiness.

The position collaborates closely with senior leadership on budgeting, sales strategies, and revenue optimization, while guiding department heads in meeting operational, financial, and quality targets.



The role also involves implementing brand standards, training teams, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvements across all hotel functions.

Qualifications

- Solid Operations Management skills, including multi-department oversight, process optimization, and adherence to brand standards.
- Proven Customer Service focus, with experience in guest relations, service recovery, and maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Competence in Budgeting and financial management, including cost control, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
- Experience in Sales and revenue generation, including local market development, corporate and leisure segment management, and partnership building.
- Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, covering restaurant and bar operations, menu planning collaboration, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in hotel pre-opening or new property launch, including project planning, SOP development, and operational set-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced hospitality certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
