Rojgar with Ankit (RWA) is looking for a Director Founders Office to work closely with the Founder / CEO on business strategy, growth and execution.

The role offers an opportunity to shape key business decisions, lead strategic initiatives and work across functions to deliver measurable outcomes. We are seeking someone with strong business judgment, analytical ability and the ownership to take ideas through to implementation.

Candidates with an MBA / PGDM from an IIM will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Founder / CEO to define strategic priorities, business plans and growth initiatives.
- Lead high-impact projects across functions, ensuring explicit ownership, timely execution and measurable results.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion plans and strategic partnerships.
- Analyse business performance, financial metrics and market trends to support decision-making.
- Build dashboards, prepare business reviews and track progress against key goals.
- Work closely with functional leaders to address execution gaps and resolve business challenges.
- Prepare presentations, business cases and briefs for leadership, board and investor discussions, as required.
- Establish effective processes for leadership reviews, decision tracking and follow-through.




- Manage confidential information and sensitive stakeholder interactions with discretion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM from a leading business school; IIM background preferred.
- Relevant experience in a Founders Office, CEOs Office, management consulting, business strategy, corporate development or business operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver business impact.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution across teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
