Role Description The Director role is a full-time, in office position based in Valsad, responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across Tecknotrove’s simulation and AI-based training solutions. The Director will define and drive long-term business strategy, oversee key projects and product portfolios, and ensure alignment of technology, operations, and market goals. Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, monitoring performance metrics, and enforcing quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with global clients and partners, identifying new market opportunities,



and supporting business development and sales initiatives. The Director will also mentor senior staff, promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with R&D; and engineering to guide product roadmaps and technology investments.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
- Business and operational skills, such as budgeting, resource allocation, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Technical understanding of simulation technologies, AI/ML, VR, digital twins, and related hardware/software ecosystems.
- Experience in one or more target sectors: Defence, Aviation, Mining, Automotive, or Logistics, with familiarity in training or safety solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for working with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Valsad, collaborate across departments, and manage diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in senior leadership or director-level roles, preferably in technology, engineering, or product-driven organizations.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Experience with international projects, global clients, and multi-country deployments is beneficial.
