Overview

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead with a strong background in Business Administration. This role bridges the gap between corporate management and technological innovation. You will be responsible for modernizing administrative functions across verticals by driving process automation and integrating AI tools to build a lean, mean, and highly efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Roadmap:

Define and execute the digital transformation strategy aligned with business administration goals.

AI & Automation Integration:

Deploy AI-powered tools (such as intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, and smart agents) alongside native cloud workflows and API integrations to eliminate manual bottlenecks.

Lean Business Re-engineering:

Map current operations, strip away administrative waste,



and design data-driven workflows for a highly optimized, lean operation.

Change Management:

Lead cross-functional teams through technology adoption, managing the cultural shift toward an AI-assisted workforce.

Data & Insights:

Implement automated data pipelines and dashboards to provide leadership with real-time operational visibility.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience leading digital transformation and process automation initiatives within core business functions.

Practical understanding of integrating AI tools and machine learning features into everyday business processes to drive efficiency.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of transforming traditional operations into lean digital structures.

Pay: ₹542,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
