We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital/Telemarketing Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, generating leads, and promoting our products/services. You will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or leads database.
- Promote and sell our products or services, focusing on the customer's needs and interests.
- Qualify leads, build relationships, and schedule appointments for follow-up by the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating contact information and lead status in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and telemarketing techniques.
- Handle objections professionally, providing solutions and persuading potential customers to take action.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales campaigns and customer outreach strategies.

Qualifications:





- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working towards individual and team sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with inbound and outbound calling.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
